Open Question: Workout to help with volleyball?

Hello. So Monday and Wednesday will have to be more focused on improving my [vertical] jumps and Tuesday and Thursday will have to be focused on improving sprint time. Friday has no focus so it could be a mix of other things or just a mix of sprint and jump drills all in one. I also want to incorporate cardio so I can burn some fat. (I know it's bad for volleyball.)  Note: I want each day to be a mix of both sprint and jump drills. There'll just be more of one than the other depending on what day it is.
